Khamkeut Phommavongsy este un politician laotian și locotenent colonel în armata Lao. Este membru al Partidului Revoluționar din Laos . El este un reprezentant al Adunării Naționale a Laosului pentru provincia Luang Prabang (circumscripția electorală 6).
